  • 1 medium-sized butternut squash⁠
  • 1 onion, chopped⁠

  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme⁠

  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste⁠

Peel and remove seeds from the butternut squash. Cut it into small cubes or slices.
