3 tbsp of soy sauce

  1. Prepare the Salmon:

    - Gently pat the salmon steaks dry using a paper towel.

  2. Sauté Shallots and Coriander:

    - In a large skillet or pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
    - Add the sliced shallots and sauté for about 2 minutes until they become translucent.
    - Stir in the chopped coriander and continue sautéing for another minute    until the aroma fills the air

  3. Add the Curry Paste and Coconut Milk:

    - Spoon the curry paste into the pan and stir it well with the shallots and coriander, allowing the flavors to meld together for a minute or so.
    - Now, pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

  4. Cook the Salmon:

    - Gently place the seasoned salmon steaks into the simmering curry sauce.
    - Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it's cooked to your preferred level of doneness. Be careful not to overcook the salmon to maintain its tenderness.

    - Once the salmon is cooked to perfection, drizzle the lime juice and soy sauce over the salmon steaks, infusing them with a zesty and savory touch.

  6. Serve and Enjoy:

    - Carefully transfer the curried salmon steaks onto serving plates.
